Quality options not appearing? Quality depends entirely on what the original creator uploaded to Kuaishou or Kwai. If a creator uploaded in SD only, HD and 4K options will not be available — this is a platform-side limitation, not a tool error.
File not saving to your device? On iPhone, downloaded files go to the Photos app or Files app depending on your browser. On Android, check your Downloads folder or Gallery app. On PC and Mac, check your default Downloads folder.
MP3 not downloading? After pasting your link and clicking Download, the quality selection menu will appear. Select the MP3 option from there. If it does not appear, the video may not have extractable audio — this is uncommon but possible with certain post types.
